Funovation

According to Lis Geraci, Funovation is doing what we can to support our customers right now:

During these unprecedented times, our customers are on the forefront of our minds. Therefore, as of April 1st, Funovation has paused billing and services for our FunCare warranty program. Customers will not be charged for attraction warranty in April - we figured why charge customers when they're legally not allowed to operate right now. We hope this helps our customers in a small way to ride out these uncertain times.

Our team is practicing social distancing by working from home and minimizing manufacturing time on site in our Colorado offices. We are staying connected through video calls and emails and are itching to be back together soon.

We remain optimistic that our industry will emerge stronger than ever when this pandemic is over.

Questions are welcome and should be sent to support@funovation.com

Semnox

According to Bepin Jose, "we are focusing on two areas; product development and cross-functional training among team members".

Several streams of development are underway:

  • Semnox has announced the release of the Waiver suite of products to complement the existing Parafait POS Waiver solution. The solution includes 3 new solution components: iOS and Android based tablet Waivers: These are particularly useful for indoor/outdoor parks and attractions within FECs needing a waiver solution. This will allow guests to register and complete their waiver prior to making a purchase and/or enjoy an attraction or ride or participating in an event.

  • Waivers on Full-Service Kiosk: Guests can now complete registration and waiver on dedicated self-service Kiosks or do the same on the existing Full-Service Kiosks at the venue that are used to purchase game cards, attraction plays or Food & Beverage.

  • Online waivers - In the next release of the software, Guests can sign waivers online or party hosts can email the guests a link that allows the participating guests to sign their respective waivers.

Changes in operations:

  • All staff members are working from home. Semnox support is continuing to operate with a 24/7 support model for all our worldwide customers.

Special Incentives:

  • Semnox in partnership with Firestone Financial is offering a 12-month 0% APR financing program.
