Cary, IL – October. 27, 2023– The American Amusement Machine Association (AAMA) held its Annual Meeting in September of this year at which time the board of directors for both AAMA and the American Amusement Machine Charitable Foundation (AAMCF) were elected. This week concluded the officer elections.
The AAMA is governed by 17 members, elected by their peers to serve a three-year term on the AAMA Board of Directors. The AAMA Board is well represented by acknowledged leaders from all sectors of the coin-operated industry. These dynamic individuals volunteer their time and services in protecting and serving both the association and the coin-operated industry.
As noted in a previous release, Britannie Betti, Business Development Manager at Betson Enterprises was newly elected to the AAMA Board and joined Jon W. Brady, Co-Owner of Sports Connection FEC and Jonathan Durst, Sales Representative at Pyramid Technologies as they were each re-elected to serve an additional three-year term. They join fellow board members Rich Babich, Game Exchange of CO; Jim Bennington, No Cash Value LLC; Jeff Blair, Sureway Games; Joe Camarota, Alpha Omega Sales; Frank Cosentino, Bandai Namco Amusements America; Holly Hampton, Bay Tek Enterprises; Kevin Jordan, Nickels and Dimes; Don Marshall, Marshall Productions; Howard McAuliffe, Pinnacle Entertainment Group; Paula Rinker, Elaut Group; Beth Standlee, Trainertainment; Gary Stern, Stern Pinball; Russ Van Natta, Creative Works; Allen Weisberg, Apple Industries; along with alternates Adam Kleinhenz of Shaffer Distributing and Brian Cohen of Entertainment Properties Group.
The slate of officers for the AAMA Board is Jeff Blair, President; Holly Hampton, Vice President; Don Marshall, Secretary; Russ Van Natta, Assistant Secretary; Treasurer is Jonathan Durst and Howard McAuliffe as Assistant Treasurer. Joe Camarota continues as the immediate Past President.
Serving on the AAMCF Board of Directors gives the volunteers the unique opportunity to participate in activities and enables them to serve in a role that aids in raising funds for children’s charities. Three new members were elected to the AAMCF Board – David James, Senior Relationships Manager at Service First Processing; Adam Kleinhenz, Director of Business Developer at Shaffer Distributing Company; and Chris Snitchler, Co-Founder of No Cash Value, LLC. Reelected to serve another two-year term were Rich Babich, Founder and President of Game Exchange of Colorado; Joe Camarota, CEO at Alpha Omega Sales; Howard McAuliffe, Vice President at Pinnacle Entertainment Group; and Allen Weisberg, Owner of Apple Industries. Brian Cohen of Entertainment Properties Group and Candi Kelley of Trainertainment were voted in as alternates. Following the Annual Meeting, the AAMCF received news that longtime AAMCF Board member, Kevin Fritz, would be retiring from the Board. His seat has been accepted by the election alternate, Candi Kelley. All newly elected board members join already seated directors Jeff Blair, Sureway Games; Brian Duke, Semnox Solutions; Trevor Gianaris, Elaut Group; Holly Hampton, Bay Tek Entertainment; John Keys, Embed; Paula Rinker, Elaut Group/Coast to Coast; and Marty Smith of Sega.
The slate of officers for the AAMCF Board was voted on this week and is announced here. Holly Hampton continues as Board President, Howard McAuliffe as Vice President, Joe Camarota as Secretary and Rich Babich as Treasurer. New officers elected are Jeff Blair as Assistant Secretary and Adam Kleinhenz as Assistant Treasurer.
