A recent problem I encountered with Ticket Monster was the ticket pattern, game credit, and jackpot values were changing on their own.
Ticket Monster. In my game, the ticket pattern, game credits, and jackpot value was being changed on its own.
There 2 reasons why this can occur:
1) Loose connection/bad ground/frayed wiring.
2) Main Board issue.
My first suggestion is change the settings in the game and make sure it has been saved, exit out, then go back to the game menu to confirm your settings. If the settings you made are still there then, play the game a few times, go back to the game menu, and see if the settings you made have been changed. At this time if the settings you have done did not change, then disconnect the program button and let the customers play. Do not do anything else in the game because in doing so there is a chance you might create other problems. If you still have a problem with the difficulty levels being changed, look at all your wiring to make sure the wire pins are pushed forward, not pinched, frayed, or any loose grounds. If all checks out, then you have a bad main board.
