LAI Games kept busy during the shutdown, looking for ways to help the industry in any way possible. During the time, they created two extensive reports; the first was a state of the industry report, which surveyed over 200 amusement professionals and their plans for reopening and the second was a 500+ guest survey, which asked clients their concerns when returning to FEC's and how the industry can best address them.
