AAMCF and AMOA Coin-Op Cares Announce AEI Charity Fund Effort AEI Sponsors Come Together in Annual Fundraising Effort

LAS VEGAS, NV – June 29, 2021 – The American Amusement Machine Charitable Foundation and the AMOA Coin-Op Cares Education and Charitable Foundation are pleased to announce the formation of the AEI Charity Fund set to debut at the 2022 Amusement Expo International (AEI) next March 15-17 in Las Vegas.

AAMA (American Amusement Machine Association) and AMOA (Amusement & Music Operators Association) have been working closely together over the past couple of years to identify ways the two organizations could collaborate and unify their endeavors at AEI. Creating a unified charity effort was quickly recognized as an ideal opportunity to do just that.

“AAMCF and AMOA Coin-Op Cares have been successful in their respective fundraising efforts throughout the year,” said Tim Zahn, Foundation board member and AMOA lead in the new initiative. “Working together through the AEI Charity Fund is a perfect way to bring our industry together for a common cause at Amusement Expo.”

“Throughout the year, the industry exhibits its superior spirit of generosity by supporting the AAMCF and AMOA Coin-Op Cares,” added David Cohen, AAMCF chairman. “Bringing the industry together at Amusement Expo to support the AEI Charity Fund provides a unique opportunity to give back in one unified effort.”

The new AEI Charity Fund brand perfectly embodies the spirit of the two AEI sponsor’s Foundations coming together at Amusement Expo International to raise funds and support worthwhile philanthropic causes.

Details on the 2022 AEI Charity Fund effort will be announced in the coming months.
