In this role, Mr. Rao will oversee operations across the Americas region.
With over two decades of extensive experience in Information Technology and management, Hemant Rao brings a wealth of knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management technologies, cloud computing, and program management at scale. His background in engineering combined with his expertise in digital transformation projects has led to successful implementations for clients in various sectors, including retail and public services. Notably, Mr. Rao has contributed significantly to projects for the United Nations Development Program, showcasing his commitment to driving impactful business value.

His leadership in managing complex cross-functional teams and ensuring client satisfaction has earned him a reputation for delivering high quality projects.
