Dallas, TX – Semnox, a global leader in providing innovative solutions for the entertainment and leisure industry, is pleased to announce the addition of Hemant Rao to its executive team as Associate Vice President, Operations Americas. In this role, Mr. Rao will oversee operations across the Americas region.


With over two decades of extensive experience in Information Technology and management, Hemant Rao brings a wealth of knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management technologies, cloud computing, and program management at scale. His background in engineering combined with his expertise in digital transformation projects has led to successful implementations for clients in various sectors, including retail and public services. Notably, Mr. Rao has contributed significantly to projects for the United Nations Development Program, showcasing his commitment to driving impactful business value.

Prior to joining Semnox, Hemant served as an Industry Principal and Program Manager at Infosys, where he spearheaded digital transformation initiatives specializing in Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, Oracle eBusiness Suite, and Automation for Retail and Public Service Accounts. His leadership in managing complex cross-functional teams and ensuring client satisfaction has earned him a reputation for delivering high quality projects.
