Sometimes it is the simplest of things that can make our tech. lives so much easier.
We've all been there...open the game, start diagnosing, look for the manual...nope, not in the cash box, nope not next to the ticket bin...frustration builds...where is it!!!!
Want a tip? Make a copy of the error codes and troubleshooting guides and post them on the service doors of the game. This helps everyone at the location find out what the problem with the game is and helps with training new employees when the games error out. Even for the best techs it is hard to remember all the error codes by memory, this makes it quick and easy to figure out what to look for.
