PC's CAUSING HEADACHES!

Keeping the flow of "generic" tech. tips, here is one from our master technician, Fred Schaff:


Most games have either a standard PC or motherboard without a case. Most computers will tell you when the internal battery is starting to go weak; however, some do not, which causes the computer to not power up when you turn the game on. If it is a standard PC, there is usually a power button you can push to turn the computer back on. If it is just a motherboard, you must short the pins for the power switch, which are usually labeled as pwr sw or on. Normally, they are 2 small brass pins in a batch of pins located on the front panel. If you touch the pins with the tip of a screwdriver it should get the computer to power back up.
