40 YEARS:
On January 29, 1981, a small group of manufacturers banded together to incorporate The Amusement Device Manufacturers Association. Led by Gary Stern, Michael R. Stroll, and Joseph Robbins, the association was born. 40 years later, we will be celebrating the association's history throughout this year with interviews by past and present AAMA leadership, industry photos and videos, and other AAMA historic milestones.

SUPPLY CHAIN DISCUSSION:
AAMA's recent webinar discussing supply chain concerns painted a dire picture...Global and domestic supply chain concerns are here to stay. Experts are predicting anywhere from one to two years to see stabilization.
According to the US Census 61.4% of US Manufactures experience domestic supply delays last week. The national average for this statistic was 36.3%, which impacted 97% of the member retailers according to NRF (National Retail Federation) survey.
The NRF said a recent survey of member companies found that 97% of retailers indicated they have been impacted by port and shipping delays. More than two-thirds said they had to add two to three weeks to their supply chains because of the congestion issues.
