SACOA RELEASES 5 NEW PRODUCTS

At the IAAPA Expo 2024, Sacoa Cashless Systems unveiled five innovative products designed to enhance the operations and customer experience in family entertainment centers (FECs). These products include:


  1. K5 Kiosk: A user-friendly, ADA-compliant kiosk for purchasing and recharging play cards, offering multi-language support and customizable designs.

  2. Redemption 2: An upgrade to the redemption system with an intelligent interface that improves efficiency and allows staff to assist multiple customers at once.

  3. KwikPay: A mobile payment solution supporting QR code payments, designed for small operations, which also enables loyalty programs and discounted games.

  4. Redemption Kiosk: A self-service kiosk for customers to choose their prizes and print a ticket for redemption, streamlining the process and freeing up staff.

  5. Time Tracker: A tool to monitor and manage customer playtime, utilizing LED wristbands to quickly identify guests whose time has run out, reducing waste from single-use wristbands.


These innovations are focused on optimizing operations, reducing costs, and enhancing guest satisfaction, with the ultimate goal of increasing profitability for FEC operators.
